Re: "Girly" Question...
I personally had this go on for a LONG time. It was nuts! I would be on TOM for about every 20 days out of 30. It was soooo frustrating. My gyno said atkins was evil, and that I needed to learn to "eat healthy". Well, given my track record, "eating healthy" leads to twinkies and ho-ho's, so atkins really is the only lifestyle that I can stick with because I have the discipline not to eat junk.
Anyway, a friend, who will now be called CAPTAIN OBVIOUS, said, is your body getting the vitamins it needs? DUH!!! I hadn't been taking them at all when my last bottle had run out. As soon as I started sticking to my vitamins, my TOM regulated itself. That was like 5 years ago. I've since re-started atkins again. Although I'm not faithful with my vitamins, I am on the high end of carbs by eating lots of veggies and not just meat and cheese like I had before. So far (5 months), I've been completely on time.
So, my advice would be to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!
