    PH, crystal light is a mix. flavors and such. um......sorta like koolaid? do you know what that is?
    anyway, it's a dry mix powder that goes in the water.

      It should be water - without Crystal Light, etc. Drink mixes contain sweeteners, and sweeteners have carbs. I found that I began to drink a lot of water when I had to buy a new fridge. I got one with a water dispenser. My water runs through two filters and it tastes great coming out of the dispenser. I can easily put away 150 ounces a day.
      June Goals
      1. Continue with water
      2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
      3. Continue with videos.
      4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
      5. Build stamina for more walking.


      Goals for May:
      1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
      2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
      3. Post every day.
      4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
      5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

        Hmmm...okay after reading thru this thread it seems to me that perhaps I'm not drinking ENOUGH water? I thought that if I drank a gallon of water a day that I was doing right. Apparently there is some formula for which I need to figure out how much I'm supposed to be drinking??

        ReStarting Induction 7/10/07 - 215 lbs. - size 18/20

          Oh--ENVY ENVY. lol. I'd love to be able to have a fridge with a water dispenser. The only thing is though, I'd never be able to keep track of how much I was drinking thoughout the day. My mind isn't that organized-lol


          And I am so happy to be an inspiration to you saab. I'm basically just trying to take things one step at a time and work myself up to a higher amount of water in one day. So, for now--keep chugging and set your sites beyond the stars!
