It's almost the end of May, and I've been reviewing my goals for May. It's time to start thinking about my goals for June.
I've done pretty well this month:
Walk through Wal Mart most of the time (When Achilles tendons allow it)
Drink more than the amount of water
Brought up exercise bike, and have used it.
Bought and use exercise videos 3-4 times a week.
Am almost through rereading DANDR
I think I've posted everyday.
So, what's for next month? Anyone want to join me with posting June goals here?
Here's mine:
Continue with water
Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
Continue with videos.
Go to the YMCA for water classes.
Build stamina for more walking.
