I'm doing great on Atkins.. but i haven't got the same disipline with the exercise part of the program (yet.). (not that you'd know at the speed the weight is dropping off)
So i asked myself the question.. What did i want from incorporating an exercise programme into my lifestyle?
I asked a few others and got some surprising answers. So, I decided to build a small questionaire and ask as many people as i could.
I'll share the results back when i've got enough data to make it interesting.
