    Re: questions about soy flour???

They are most definitely different. You might want to look for Soy Protein Isolate, It's the same as Soy powder. One of the biggest differences is that Soy Flour has carbs and Soy Protein Isolate does not.

You would find the Soy Protein near the health food. Possibly in a pharmacy/vitamin area.

If you still cant find it, try searching online.. I bought a huge bottle of it about 2 months ago. For the life of me, I cant remember what site I got it from..

    Good luck

Soy flour has a strong soy taste. Soy powder does not.

        Re: questions about soy flour???

Soy protein powder is used by body builders etc so is sold in health food shops and gyms.
The soy flour would not be 'atkins-legal' till you reach the legumes rung of OWL, but as omnimomma said, it does have a 'distinctive' taste so make sure you try it in recipes before you go and buy it in bulk!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
