I Started Today On Day 1 Again However Im Trying Fitday To Help Out. I Just Want To Know How Much 3 Cups Of Broccoli Is And It Seems To Be A Huge Deal... Does Anyone Have This Problem With Other Simple Foods??

You can usually narrow down choices by adding the word raw or cooked to a food; the method sometimes helps, like boiled, moist heat or fried; then when you find the food, use the pull-down for possible quantity types, and change the number, like .5 cup for half a cup. Hope that helps.
