Re: 2 pound gain on induction ???????
Notthin, Do you use www.fitday.com ? or do you have a menu we could look at? maybe it is something hidden in the foods your eatting? Did the two pounds just come on recently? Maybe it is TOM messing with you? It's hard to say with so little information.

Re: 2 pound gain on induction ???????
If you can, please post a few things for us so we can get a better understanding of what you're going through, like:
Did you start any new meds
is TOM lurking around?
Have you taken a laxitive or alternative to help relieve any possible consitpation?
Have you drank your required water each day?
Have you changed your exercise routine?
Any of these or more can make a difference
Post and let's work together to find out what may be the problem. It could be simple

Re: 2 pound gain on induction ???????
OHHHH..... ok well I see what the problem is now.
You are not reading your LABELS!!! This was MY biggest problem and have went through the same thing. gaining and not understanding why really stinks but that I am sure is your problem.
1. I'm pretty sure that tic tacs have sugar and carbs and maybe even more that's not legal on Induction.
2. Slim Jims, I almost picked one up at the gas station yesterday until I read the label, it's full of sugar.
3. That sugar free Jello you are eating, yes I have several packs of that and while it is legal to eat durning Induction it is made with ASPARTAME. You will find this in a lot of stuff like diet soda pops and such. Like I said it is legal but it stalls many peoples weight loss. That maybe some of your problems.
Don't be affraid to try new things just make sure that you read the labels. Next time you go shopping, shop along the outside of the store and try to stay away from the aisles, that's where most of the illegal foods are found.
The first time I went shopping (and I have to shop all those aisles because of the family) I was there for like 2 1/2 hours reading labels LOL. Just don't let it get to you and make sure you have many different choices to choose from. Go to the Inductio forum and look for Induction legal recipes. And one last thing, try to spread your veggies out through the day. I buy a bunch and chop them up so I can toss them into just about everything. Also beware of that scale! Don't make it a habbit to check everyday like I have done. Your weight will move up and down through the day and the best time to weigh in is first thing in the morning. But try to only do it once a week. I'll leave you with a menu of mine for a day to read over.
Breakfast;
2 eggs
1/2 cup of chopped green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms
4 slices of bacon
20 water
Snack;
1 celery stalk with cream cheese
Lunch;
2 cups salad with 0 carb dressing
20 water
Dinner;
6-8 oz. chicken breast seasoned
1/2 cup green beans (canned)
20 water
Snack;
1-2 oz. pork skins (regular or bbq)
20 oz. water
Let us know how it goes.....Good luck and best wishes
