    The take-home message? Always read the nutrition label of any food you're thinking of trying, including "diet" or supposedly healthy products, and pay special attention to the serving size along with the sugar, fat, and calorie content.

      It was a great article, Thanks for sharing. Its no wonder that folks who were trying to lose on low fat diets and buying products that were low fat but twice as high in carbs as its regular counter part, found it hard to lose weight. LOL
