  • Another question?

    i just searched the threads but couldnt find anything...

    i wanted to know where i can find my goal weight for my height . i am more than 5'1.. you can say 5'1 1/2.

    Hubby is 5'10..

    i am making my goal weight as 120. i hope thats right !!!!

    so where can i find this info ?

    oh by the way i have an update to give about us in MY UPDATE thread..
    My weight - 136

    After 1st week -134

    After 1st week and 2 days - 132.

    After 3 weeks - 130

    MY GOAL WEIGHT - 120

    Keep in mind your particular frame and be honest about it. I truly believe their are some folks with a very large frame (me--really!) and an extra small frame who don't fit into this chart nicely.

    For example, at my thinnest (during adult years, not teen years), I weighed between 175lbs - 180 lbs and wore a 11/12. This weight places me in the overweight range according to this chart and the BMI charts as well.

    Sometimes we just have to live with that fact and go by how we look and feel.

        i am a small frame and made hubby do it as well and he is also a small frame. so we both atleast know how much we should ideally weigh..
