    Wild Wings

My friends enjoy going to a place called Wild Wings....I was just wondering if I order the hot wings...how do I know if they have sugar/carbs in the sauce?

If it's Buffalo Wild Wings you're talking about, they sell their sauces, and you can look at the nutrition info on the bottle of hot sauce. You should ask the server if they bread their wings or dip them in flour.

I googled Wild Wings and got Buffalo's Wild Wings and the Wild Wing cafe. Neither posted their nutritional info. Wish I could be more help.

          /agree Miss Phode

BWW does bottle and sell the sauces they use. You can ask to see the bottle ahead of time to get the values. I have eaten there a few times and asked to see the bottles. Some of the sauces are bad, some arent.

Read the labels and eat'em up, Yum Yum!

Phone or email them beforehand and ask for the nutrition information!
Tell them that without the info you will have to go somewhere else!

I get my wings NAKED and the sauce on the side. Or, just hot sauce. Frankly, I like them just naked with ranch.

I've ordered them naked there, just check the ingredients of the sauces. You could always get them neaked and plain like said above and have ranch or blue cheese with them.
