Does anyone have an online site or a special store they go to buy unsweeted flaked/shredded coconut? I cant seem to find it in any grocery store.... ever....

In UK it is usually in the baking section in the supermarkets.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

coconut comes in the nuts/seeds rung of OWL, so shredded coconut would be allowed then.
Not sure about the milk - I think as the white stuff is just made from the flesh it would be a nuts rung addition, but the clear fluid in the actual coconut
