  • Where can i find the sticky ..

    which will tell me what i need to do after my 2weeks induction. i need to start planning on the 3rd week now. i have tried looking for it . couldnt find it !!!

    Can anyone help!!!

    and can i start having low carb chocolate milk after 2 weeks. just 1 glass in morning !!!!

    My weight - 136

    After 1st week -134

    After 1st week and 2 days - 132.

    After 3 weeks - 130

    MY GOAL WEIGHT - 120

    If you're referring to OWL then that would be the forum to look at. As far as milk goes, that would be one of he levels as you progress through OWL.

      As dotsamantha said. milk can be added on the dairy rung of OWL to see if it upsets your blood sugars.

        Thanks thats the sticky i needed ... i can see different rungs on it. since my 3rd week will be Veggies rung . i wanted to know for one week i need to do this rung or longer ... and milk is not mentioned ... in the first veggies rung...
