About every couple of weeks I will eat something sweet...Not a big deal fo me because I actually stick to the plan very well and have been excercising alot,
but here is what I have noticed.
When I eat something sugary I get all jittery and basically feel like crap till I have passed it through my body. I can see why people refer to over indulging in processed carbs as being a carboholic.
I hate the feeling so much now that I am at the point where sugary things don't interest me because of how they make me feel!
