Anyone use them? Are they 'safe'? I read on their website they dont have sugar or salt.
    Thanks in advance

They should be fine - but don't forget that spices have carbs so don't forget to count them!

I've never counted any spices in my carb count - Somehow, somewhere I missed that spices have carbs... of course it makes sense... and now that I skim through DANDR I see it's true... Woops, my bad!

According to their website is 0% carbs (which means nothing) per 1/8 tb
According to precistion.com is 0% carbs per 1/4 tb
I will count it as one anyway

                        Re: Mrs. Dash spices

legally 0 for the serving size means it has less then .5 grams of carbohydrates for the given serving size. with this being 1/4 t that means for a cup it could have up to 96 grams of carbs, scarey isn't that.

if you use 1/4 t as it says then count it as 1/2 carb. most folk don't use that small amount when they low carb adding it to veggies and meats.
