Ok, I have just been having one of those days were I have the munchies (TOM). No, I really am not hungery, but yes, I just have the munchies . Anyways, I have been trying to keep myself out side to avoid the fridge. Well, either way, I have eaten alot today. My belly is full...really full. I haven't "cheated", nothing that wasn't legal but I know I went over by carbs for the day. I know, bad expecially on induction - day 6. I won't do it again)
Anyway I went to weigh myself, kind of a punchment. I alway weigh more at night anyways - usually by a few pounds. So I hope on the scale and to my disbeleif nothing.....I AM THE SAME AS THIS MORNING!
If I had a snack attack on a low-calorie, high-carb diet I would have been retaining like there was no tomorrow!
