    Anyone gain weight with Hydroxycut?

My husband took Hydroxycut and adhered to a strict LC diet plus walked 3 miles a day for the last two weeks and gained 4 lb. I told him maybe it affects everyone differently. Anyone have a similar experience?

Mini Goal: 20 lb., then we'll see from there...

Could be new muscle... depending on how active he was before. Did he lose inches at all?

I have no experience with Hydroxycut, I avoid pills and the like. But I have had guy friends who liked the stuff.

Any time you start up a new physical activity, your muscles will retain water as a protective mechanism until it figures out that the new stress is the norm. Any time I start up or switch up my routine I can count on a 2-4lb gain that'll stick with me for generally 2-3 weeks. It's transient.

Odds are he's starting to lose inches.

He'd do that just fine without the garbage pills. Tell him to save his money and buy himself a big t-bone!

You know, reading this from you just struck me - I've been stuck for over a week, and it's because I dramatically increased my physical activity. My weight just didn't want to move, but then today.... whoosh... three pounds gone. Also measured again today and figured out I was losing inches anyway.
