hey you can be beautiful and invigorated by doing something awesome for yourself for less than $5!!!....and men too!!! my husband loves to dry brush his skin ..it feels so good !!!

there is a lot of stuff about it on the web saying it does stuff for the lymph system but whatever it feels good and tones your skin so hey!!!

Got one from wally world! They had two of them, large and small with handles. Can't wait to try this out, even if it doesn't help the stretch marks I bet it'll feel good.

Heidi ... what do you think about this one...its got cellulite thing on the other side. Or theres the long handle one that you've got that i'm watching on Ebay, which one would you reccommend?

that looks like a really nice one actually...and those things on the back could be interesting ...I guess when you get it you will know you do not want to scour your skin just stimulate/gentle exfoliate ...you will know in a week or soiif it is just right ....I like the long handle so I can get my entire back if I don't have help my handle is just about twice that long...you should only be paying a few bucks ...less than $10 for sure .. I love doing stuff to make my bathroom feel like a spa ..especially in the morning before work ...and not spending much money

one of the best moisturizers to use after this is coconut oil ...I buy it in Indian markets for like $5 a big jar ..it is amazing on your skin as good as anything else you can buy I think

Coconut oil! Thanks, I'd originally bought it for my skin and forgotten about that after I started cooking with it Wonderful stuff. Have to take the jar out of the kitchen and into the bathroom with me!

Oh I am so glad you mentioned the c-section scar. Did you ever have where the fat kind of hung over the scar? And did it go away when you lost, I have been told that no matter how much weight you lose, that you will always have a bit of fat overhand the scar area? Please tell me that is not true.

Yeh, that would be good to hear as well. I have had a c section and have trouble there. Now, to make matters worse, I am havinga hysterectomy, and cutting the scar AGAIN... will this make it even harder to tone down there.. MAN...... to be a women...
