  • Charlie Brown's

I'm wondering about the carb count for an entree at Charlie Brown's Steakhouse. It's called "parmesan crusted chicken".

I've poked around on the web, but have come up empty handed. Anybody?

Weird how their site's "nutrition" page doesn't have any nutrition facts. I would suggest calling them and asking. Traditionally, if something is crusted with cheese or anything crumby, there's flour involved.

      I did find this page
      http://www.charliebrowns.com/lowcarb.htm
but it doesn't list the parmesan crusted chicken.

Gosh, that menu looks divine... we don't have one of those nearby though.

I wish there were places around here that would offer the baked portabello as an option... come to think of it, I'm going to cook up something like that for myself at home.
