    Another 2 pounds down........that's 22 pounds since April 1, 2006!! What a GREATTTTTTTTTTTTT feeling to have loose pants again.

    HW - 260 lbs.(3/28/06) SW - 250 lbs.(5/22/06) CW - 225 lbs.(8/7/06) GW - 190lbs.

    ReStarting Induction 7/10/07 - 215 lbs. - size 18/20
    HW - 260 lbs. (3/28/06) SW - 215 lbs. (7/10/07) GW - 150 lbs.

              Did I put a pic of myself on my profile? I think I did...I think I put a heavy pic...I'll see what I can do to take a pic of me now this weekend....I dont know that you can tell though...but I'll do it anyway.

                      Yeah, what Dreamof145 says! The first time I picked up a 35 box of kitty litter and thought it was so heavy, I realized that I had been carrying that on my body plus 5 pounds! Yikes! It's a good indicator of how far you've come!

I know 22 lbs doesnt really sound like a lot and I know there those of you who have lost a lot more than me....but I mean....seriously...who knew that a mere 22 lbs less and I'd feel so efervescent......I honestly have..MORE energy...gosh I even jogged a bit around the block over the weekend with my rottie on leash and my daughter riding her bike....it was a wonderful thing...cuz I dont run for ANYTHING...LOL.

                          I guess that's true...I never thought of it in terms of dog food or kitty litter or whatever. I mean...I do buy the 20 lbs bags for my dog...and yeah, they are kinda heavy when I sling em up over my shoulder to carry in the house....I guess that is a lot of weight when you think that it was that much weight a person was carrying around on themselves....wow....great weigh to look at it...only inspires me to want to lose more.

                              Thanks dream!...I've really had to change my way of thinking with a lot of things. You guys have helped me out more than you know...both with your advice and your words of encouragement or congratulations.

                              And my hat goes off to all of you other folks I may not get a chance to say hi to personally! Congrats to all of you for loosing every single individual pound you have so far......
