What an interesting record to have. Congratulations on your 30 year low

I often wish I had some way of remembering how my weight has moved in my adult years, but apart from having weighed 18 stone 6 pounds when we took out our endowment policy 19 years ago (paid more premium because I was overweight) I havent a clue.

I must have blanked it out!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Good for you for getting back to "fightin'" weight!
I looked through my records for the same reason a week or so ago. I was 135 at 18/19 years old during medic training. I'm not there yet, but it made me feel good to know I was getting so close again.

What a great record to have! It realy shows that insidious old creep up in the weight, doesn't it. And how well you've done in just 2 years losing and keeping the weight off.
