      Just to repeat what a previous poster said - if you are losing weight and not showing a colour on those pesky sticks then you are one of the many people (me amongst them) who never get a reading on them, so save your money and keep on working your Atkins.

      I lost 140 pounds without seeing 'pink'!!

          Yeah, since ketones are released in a few different ways (through breathing out, sweating, and urinating), some people are set up differently and don't really urinate them out... they release them in the other ways. So no matter what, their ketosis strips will never change or won't change much. It doesn't necessarily mean they're not releasing ketones or burning fat.
          No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.
