Has anyone else had the guts to weigh/measure themselves right at the end of a long day of lo-carb/high water/lots of exercising??
I am of a firm belief that you should measure yourself right at the beginning of the day (preferable after you have removed all clothing, watches, jewelry, been to the toilet and blown your nose). This to me, is my weight.
Suffice it to say that this illusion was shattered when I randomly measured myself last night. I was a full half inch bigger everywhere! Yikes. It had all disappeared again by morning, but does anyone else feel like they swell up during the day - I generally feel like a right bloater from all the water, but also after I exercise I feel puffier.
What does everyone think?
