  • It is almost funny...

Having been back on induction for the past 15 days I honestly wonder why I ever strayed from my Atkineering ways. I feel so much better... I don't feel bloated and stuffed all the time, I enjoy the food I am eating, and I am not having the less than desirable side effects of sugar and carbs. So I sit here chuckling at the lack of foresight that lead me down that sugar glazed slope to begin with, but alas, here I am and here I plan to stay.

Chalk this up to "random thought and posts by Tom."

      Thanks, 2big!

Today is my first day of extended induction and I plan on moving into OWL when I am within 10-15 lbs. of my goal. I suppose my excitment is slightly curbed by the fact that these are the same pounds I have lost once before.

I was pleased to have lost 12.4 lbs. in the last 15 days, however!

WEIGH TO GO!!!! howabout allowing a little more safety net room and moving to OWl a bit sooner. you know you can do modified OWL keeping the carbs well below your CCLL and swapping out new rungs for aready gotten ones so you don't have the food variety issues for an excuse to set aside again.

That is solid advice. Perhaps I will bump that figure up to 20 lbs. That will get me into ONEderland again, but allow me a little more room to get settled into modified OWL.
