    Re: Lipton Diet Ice Tea

Splenda and acesulfame potassium (acesulfame-k) do appear on the allowed foods list, lemon juice (citric acid?) is allowed in limited quantities (check your list here).

How much of it counts as one serving? If you stick to having up to 3 servings per day of anything (food and drink) with a legal sweetener in it you will be within the rules of Atkins. So as long as you eat no sweetened foods you could have up to 3 servings of this drink in addition to your water.

    Also
Note that each packet of sugar substitute contains about 1 gram of carbohydrate, so don't forget to include the amount in your daily totals.
However do look at how the sweet things affect you to check for intensified cravings, and if you do find more cravings consider dropping the sweetened stuff to kill your sugar monster instead.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
