Wow - that is a lot of good carbs!!

I hope I find my CCLL is as high as that too when I get there!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I have to concur with SFS. I too can eat about 100 grams a day. However, mine too are from all fruit, veggies and nuts. Very seldom do I eat grain....and if I do it is of the highest quality such as Quinoa.

I've never known anyone who got fat from fresh fruit and veggies. (Take this in the right context newbies! I'm on maintenance)

My first time on Atkins back in '99 (geeze, that's been forever!), one of the ladies I emailed with said she could eat 150 carbs per day and maintain as long as she stayed active daily.

I remember WAY back when I did not have a weight problem and all the people around me were doing the Atkins diet, this was mid 70's, and the women were allowed 60 carbs a day and the men 80...and they were dropping weight in a noticeable fashion.

I avoid grains as well, gives me brain fog and irritability and I have enough challenges without that!
