I have a question about Fitday.
When I put my info in, it gives me the percentage breakdown. Now, if I have a carb percent of 5%, that is the TOTAL carb percent. Is that what I should go by?
Because if you subtract fiber (per DANDR) my carb count is actually less. So may net carb percentage is probably 3-4 percent (maybe)
It was just a thought....Any thought??
