Read the ingredients. I know that there are some sprays that spray a combo of oil and flour (for greasing cake pans). So read the ingredients.

nah, no flour.
Just canola, sunflower, and soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, beta caotene, and dimethyl silicone .Comment
