    I ran out of butter this morning so I used cooking spary, (crisco butter flavor).
    That wasn't a big deal, was it?

    Read the ingredients. I know that there are some sprays that spray a combo of oil and flour (for greasing cake pans). So read the ingredients.

      nah, no flour.
      Just canola, sunflower, and soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, beta caotene, and dimethyl silicone .

        Sounds like a bunch of oil and propellent goodness.... Spray away - it should be Atkins safe.

          It's not Atkins safe if It contains trans fats
          and silicone??? Don't put that in your body pleeeaaaasssseeee!
