as we move into OWL and add back the carbs we will go from 65-30-5 to about 60-30-10 by the time we are ready for premaintnenance goalies are around 45-55% fat still 30% protein and the carbs % will vary based on your individual CCLM some are high over 100 net grams a day and some are low at only 30 net grams.
Erin your last post you said you didn't miss the point yet your whole topic seems to be about adding a large amount of fat to your percent to get it back to the correct one for the day since you titled it help me fix this ratio. you even joked about eating a stick of butter. the point is once we get off ratio for a day and are looking at our food journal we can't fix the previous meals lack of protein and/or fats in the ratio by eatting a higher protein or fat meal for our next meal. that fueling is over and we either ran too rich or too lean. now we fix the next meal correctly and go from there.
