  • Yipee!! An update!

Hey all! Just wanted to give a quick update. I just completed my two weeks of induction. I lost 12 pounds! I'm exercising more (just started that) and trying to drink all my water (still working on that). Overall, I'm feeling great and ready to move on to extended induction. Thanks to all who have supported me on my journey so far.

The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!

Oh Wow, Inhisgrip! Great job. You are doing so well. What are your plans for extended induction. Do you have a specific amount of weeks you plan to stay on extended or is it a particular weight, measurement, clothing size, etc...? Whatever your goal, good luck and keep up the great work!

Thanks so much everyone for your comments.

To answer some of your questions...I did take my measurements but won't be retaking them again until August 1st probably (I'm doing the "Tape Measure Challenge" that Joy started).

Also, I plan to stay on extended induction at least until August 1st and then I'll see how I feel from there. I'm not getting too bored with my food choices yet. I'm still trying out new recipes so I'm keeping my tastebuds entertained.

                  Thanks again ya'll!
