  • *dances with glee*

This morning it's official! I have lost 40 lbs since November 26 of 2005! For a total of 120 lbs from 1999! Wheeeeeeee! Thanks for all the excellent advice from all my friends here! And special thanks to my partner and good friend, Austlyn for continuing to PM me every single day, more than once, when I was havin' rough spells. I would have blown it big time if not for you, girl!

I couldn't help but come and toot my own horn!

Also, on a personal note, I am moving next weekend and will be packing all this week. It may be a week or two into July before I can come back online and annoy everyone. Don't miss me too much!

Well, today I am cooking, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, boiled eggs. I have fresh spinach and salad mix in the fridge along with cheeses, cut into blocks. I bought a lb of rost beef from the deli for quick roll ups and a new wasabi and american horseradish sauce for dipping. It's a little carbie but I usually don't eat a full tsp of it at a time on the roll ups. It's so hot and spicey and clears the sinuses of any dust from packing There's a beef roast in the crock pot and I have celery for making sticks and on the actual moving day, I will just have Wendy's drive thru and pick off the bun as I eat. Every water bottle I can find in the house is getting washed and filled this afternoon. I should be good. I will pack up the kitchen probably Thursday and just nuke stuff the rest of the week. And if Saturday night rolls around and I too tuckered out, we can have pizza and I will have my spinach salad with pizza topping dressing.

Thanks so much for all the well wishing. It does feel good and I saw shoulder blades the other night in the mirrror. That was cool.

Congratulations on your loss and good luck for the move!

Though the way you seem to have made plans you wont need luck at all.

Woohoo for shoulder blades - next the collarbones will emerge!!
