  • Why Dont I Fix More Stir Fry?

The other day when I was having all my issues and you guys were so helpful...I did go home and make stir fry for dinner and it was simply the best.

It's actually rather silly because as we all know....there really isnt anything to making stir fry and its not that big of a culinary accomplishment...it just takes some time to chop all the fresh ingredients....

Well to make a long post short...it was great! I had bok choy and mushrooms (both from the salad list), snow pea pods and bean sprouts (from the other veggie list), a little soy sauce, and some thin pieces of beef (steak for rollups)....it was great...I got in all my various veggies and it was enough to last me three meals! Dont know why I dont make it more often!

Thanks again everyone for your emotional support on Wednesday!! Cheers to us!

    Great to hear, Sesheena

I often make a stirfry out of whatever odds and ends of veggies and cooked meat I have in the fridge. Yesterday I added some shirataki noodles too!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Yum, stir fry! I need to make it more too and for me it's cutting the veggies as well. With all there is to do after work I just want to do something less time consuming. But it's so worth it.

Stir Fry is absolutely the best clean up "whatever is still left in the frig" meal. It doesn't matter the veggies or the meat -- just add a little butter, salt, pepper, and garlic and you have good eats. Want it customized to your tastebuds, go right ahead. My wife wonders why we ever go out because theirs never taste as good.

            Same here, Kent.

My DH and I are usually disappointed when we go out to an expensive restaurant to find the food no better than what we eat every day at home

I dont fix it more because its so hard to keep in my Foreman grill. If you cant cook it with a Foreman then it really isnt worth cooking? No that cant be right but then why do I live by that rule?
