  • Whooshie!!

The whooshie pie worked!! I lost 1.5 in one day. I'll probably leave out the cream cheese next time and use someting else or just incorporate the horseradish in other dishes but it was a big thrill to see some weight go fast!

Glad you enjoyed and that it worked for you! Try mixing the horseradish with a little mayo and topping a grilled burger. Yummy!

congrats but you do know it only woirks if you are retaining fluids as in you have worked your Atkins and the inches have moved but not the sclaes. this will release that fluid which your body would otherwise shed. if you aren't holding water you will dehydrate slightly and add it back the next day drinking all your water.

                Pssssssst....

not to rain on the parade of the whoosie pie (trust me, I'm one that danced, prayed, and threw a party while I ate it)...2Big's right. That's all I had to say.

Oh, and, Congratulations on the pounds disappearing...that's ALWAYS an awesome thing to shout out about

As long as we eat the way we're supposed to, we'll get whooshies. If there really was one food that whooshed away the pounds, we would all be at goal already. Just enjoy the recipe and know that if you keep on track, the pounds are going to go.

I can attest to that to that one. I have horseradish basically everyday, with my eggs, or mixed with mayo as a dip. Unless you have your cells are holding back the water its basically just another good tasting flavor.
