My breakfast (the blue cheese dressing has ZERO carbs per serving). Notice the fork, this is a salad size plate. Come on y'all MORE PICTURES!

Hey Sadie, I use that brand of dressing too sometimes and the Marie's brand. They are sooooo good.

I don't like the Marie's blue cheese - it doesn't taste as good as Naturally Fresh.

Pork Loin stuffed with Feta & Olive Tampenade. I buy a big tub of green & black olives, with feta cheese in olive oil (there's also a few pearl onions, garlic cloves and pepperoncini in there too, but just one or two here and there). I took about 1 cup of the mixture and put it into my black and decker food chopper and chopped it all up. Then I took pork loin roast and split it lengthwise, spread the mixture inside the roast and then closed it. I cooked it in a baking bag for ease until the meat thermometer registered done for pork.

The mockafoni and cheese is just 1 head cauliflower steamed, 4 oz cream cheese and 4 oz gouda and baked. This would make probably 8-10 servings. Very rich.

Peanut butter cookies that I made this afternoon. They don't require flour of any kind, low-carb or otherwise. Click on the picture to get a better look.

Here's the link to the thread in Cooking -- Desserts where I posted the recipe:

OK and I have never made asparagus. I did have some pickled in a jar that I thought were pretty good. So, how are you cooking that??
