Just roasting it! Snap off the tough ends, toss with some olive oil and herbs/spice of your choice in a ziploc, toss onto a baking sheet, and then roast them in the oven until they reach your desired crispyness.
The shrimp scampi is a variation on the one Linda has on her site, but with more cayenne and some basil!
