I always seem to run afoul of either business dinners or vacations. However, this time - I think I've been ahead of the game. I've learned to eat a larger than normal breakfast. It seems to keep things afloat.
While not perfect - I banged this one today:
Bkfast - Mushroom & Cheese Omelet & black coffee.
Lunch - Two hamburgers (no Bun but Yes ketchup) w/water.
Dinner - Caeser Salad (no croutons) & ribeye w/asparagus.
Snack - Starbucks doppio macchiatto (two shots w/a dollop of foam).
Thing I should do - I had a white wine. I'm not trying to lose while I'm on vacation - just avoid going off track.
Given that this is my normal weak point - I didn't feel too bad about things. Eatig all this "prepared" food - I know there's more buried carb than I'd like. But .... I think pretty reasonable.
Any thoughts?
