This weekend I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 159!!!
I am so excited, I always find it really hard to break through those big number barriers but I did it, and am totally motivated to keep on going.
I have been doing really great with my food and am doing Ramp it Up at least every other day. I feel great, my measurments are going down too.
My waist has shrunk 3/4 of an inch, my hips 1.5 inches, 1 inch on each thigh,and 1 inch on each arm. I am more proud of the inches then I am of the weight loss. I'm gonna keep this momentum up until I get to 140. I would like to be close to 150 by my birthday on July 20th, but I don't know if I'll make it. I'll just take it slow and keep on doing everything right to see how it goes.
