I started back to work today after 4 weeks off after my shoulder surgery. The good news is I lost more weight even though I was very inactive during that month. I didn't reach my goal which was to get under 300 by my birthday which was yesterday but I got close. Dissappointing but still I lost so that is good. I did see a couple of days ago 300.5 then it jumped back up to 302-303 this morning. I seem to fluctuate all over the place especially during TOM and I haven't lost the water from that yet. I should lose that water in the next few days so maybe I will see my first under 300 sighting this week. I'm still doing physical therapy for another couple of weeks and am not able to reach behind me of reach down to my side and lift anything that way either but that's about it. I'm working on trying to stretch those last two things out but it is slow going. My shoulder just doesn't want to do that motion at all. haha

Re: back at work after surgery
Well happy birthday for yesterday! And I'm sure you would have hit your goal had you not been inactive, and had it not been that TOM!
You've still done extremely well, also considering your inactivity for a month! A lot of people gain weight in those circumstances, so well done! You should be proudSteph - Age: 24 yrs - Height: 5'4" - Original Weight: 170 lbs - Current Weight: 155 lbs - Goal Weight: 120 lbs - STAC
