I have been reading this forum for about 2 weeks. I have noticed a lot of people are losing about 10lbs a month. Please let me know what you are doing. I would love to lose 10lbs a month.

5lbs might not get you in the next size down, but you can bet an inch off your waist will! Remember that as you exercise you will build lean muscle. Lean muscle is much more dense than fat, see? :
