Over eating fat will halt your loss as well in my humble opinion. I struggled with my first 3 years on low carb. WHY? I ate too darn much. Though I wasn't gaining, I was probably eating a few hundred grams of fat a day.
Sticking to the rules of portion sizes using your palm is a good measure.
That's usually 3-4 oz of meat which is perfect for me.
