    Hi every one i just wanted to know if dieters tea was ok, the kind i use is caffein free and also helps to flush fat from the body plus its great if i'm constipated
    i use it like once a week.
    27/F/5"6"
    1.5 L water per day
    Diane35 (for 4 yrs)
    supplement= chromium /B12/ACV/GREEN TEA
    Excersise 5 X weekly (WEIGHTS/ELLIPTICAL)

    That sounds better than using a turkey baster and motor oil like I have been doing!
    plus its great if i'm constipated

          If you want something to cure constipation, you should try Flaxseeds. I was amazed at how "helpful" they were when I first had them.

          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

              Um...turkey baster and motor oil... Thanks for the image there, buddy! Anyway, I haven't tried the dieters tea. You'll have to let us know how it works long term. Good luck!

                I love tea...and anything that helps with *keeping things moving* (jacksuncle, I personally use a stick of butter...it's Atkins friendly!) would be fabulous....how does it taste though?
