    Which is better?

    Deli turkey for example:

    Better to have 1g net carb and no sugar

    or

    0g net carb with sugar listed at the end of a short list?

    Its better to cook a whole one and send me some so I can make turkey sandwiches with salt, mayo and lettuce! That didnt help much did it?

      Where is the carb coming from then? Turkey is protein and fat.


      It irks me that they put sugar/starch/something icky in EVERYTHING.

      I buy turkey breasts and beef roasts and toss them in my roaster oven, then slice them up. <shrug> It really doesn't take much time at all. That way, at least, I *know* what's in them.
