I have the DANDR but I couldn't resist this two VHS tape with Dr. Atkins himself explaining How it works and WHy it works! I can't wait till it gets here, I'll let you know more then after I watch the tapes. I paid less than $10. including postage.

Anyone here watched these tapes? What did you think?
