anyone know the carb count on them? I can't seem to find it anywhere! are they allowed on induction. I know the "basic" pea isn't...

I found loads of links about sugar snap peas, and the count seems to average out to 67 calories, 5g protein, 11g carbohydrate (7g net carbs), 4g fiber, 6mg sodium per cup. Here are some of the links I found including what looks to be a few good recipes.

Personally, I stayed away from them during Induction. The sugar snap pea is a cross between a regular pea and a snow pea, so it has an edible pod (like the snow pea) but it has a high sugar content (like the regular pea).
