    I agree with everything you said!! there is nothing embarassing about sex but I sure as heck was not as comfortable naked 50lbs heavier!!! so I completely understand and agree with you ..get rid of the fat and the inhibitions go too!!!

                ok one of the rewards of sticking with Atkins ..is that when you flash a tollbooth guy ...you dont have to pay a toll

                EVEN AT 48YEARS OLD WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!


                now if that is not incentive for loosing I am not sure what is!!!!

                                Sex is AMAZING since losing the weight. (Not that it wasn't before) Now I have more stamina, want it more often, and more of it!
