I have been trying to do Atkins for the last 3 months, but once I get the carbs out of my body, I get excrutiating joint pain in my knees....when I start eating carbs, it goes away. I was reading some of the other threads that said it may be gout. Does drinking a whole lot of water alleiviate this condition? Thank you.
