Well tomorrow will make the end of my firet week on induction, i feel great! No headaches this time, potassium sups helped there! Well i think i lost about 5 cause i peaked at the scale a couple of times (like everyone else don't!!) 
I'll be happy with whatever i see, cause the gallons of water ive been downing along with the walking and the " walk away the pounds" video i feel awesome, i feel less bloated and maybe even a tiny bit smaller!! Wish me luck!!!
