  • It Works Hand in Hand

For all you folks who kept telling me "exercise exercise, do something, just walk, its important".........youre right...even just a little bit helps and works hand in hand with the change in eating......

Since I had finally gotten the book and "mentally restarted" 7/1/06....I not only weighed myself that day but I had taken my measurements too...and then did it again on 7/8/06..only one week later...I lost not only 10 pounds but a total of 11 inches from various places on my body as well.....

That's just SO cool how that all comes together!

Thanks to you guys who kept on repeating yourself to me.....I do listen..........eventually.

Moving is the key. Walking and all exercise not only helps to shed inches, it also jump-starts your mental outlook and makes us feel good about ourselves. The better you feel about yourself, the more motivated you are to stay with the program and get healthy. The reason we all keep repeating it is because it is truth. Glad you are having such great results!!!

I know right? I was SHOCKED....because this is actually the first time I've done the whole measurement thing since I started back on May 22nd.....who knew...I always thought "yeah okay it wont really show that big of a thing with the inches...I'll stick to the scale"...boy was I wrong.

I know...and its a good thing that people like you DO keep repeating things. Because sometimes, when we first start, we doubt...just like with all things....only when we see little results and then say "hmm maybe they're right" and we actually DO what you are telling us to do...ahhhh then we see the REAL results and we say "wow...they know what they are talking about"'

                  Thanks for the support dream
