    I hate vacations

Just got back from Alaska Saturday, 5 lbs more of me to love! It's all water from salt no doubt, I was only able to work out twice. (Eating 50 lbs of fresh fish didn't hurt either)! Colorado isn't exactly known for it's fresh seafood so I gorged on fish, unfortunately I'm alergic to shellfish so that was kind of a bummer.

I havn't gone that long without working out and learned I am hoplessly addicted to punishing myself through exercise. I guess there's worse things!

I only fell off the wagon once. We went to eat one night a fancy place friends of a friend own and he set us up with these breaded yam fries. OMG they were so sick good I couldn't help myself!

Glad to be back though, 24 hours of daylight messes with your head.

I just got back from vacation today and am nervous about the scale tomorrow. My downfall was roasting marshmallows around the campfire. Yum! I couldn't resist.

Alaska sounds wonderful...wish I could go.
