well today I had a thought and wanted to share it with you.
I have been dieting and exercising and hit a plateau but I keep exercising and dieting and little by little I am getting in better and better shape. I would like to lose quicker and get in better physical condition quicker.
So the thought was that ... I am doing what I am supposed to be doing.
I am supposed to be eating healthy! I am supposed to be exercising! I am supposed to be worrying about my health.
When I was eating poorly that was when I was doing something that I wasnt supposed to be doing. Sitting around being lazy also something that I shouldnt have been doing.
So every day that I do what I am supposed to be doing is one day I am not doing what I am NOT supposed to be doing.
Every day that I go to the gym is one day that I am not sitting around watching TV. Every time I skip the bread at dinner is one day that I am not poisoning my body with bleached starches. Every day that I choose to drink water instead of soda is one day that I am not sipping a slowly killing poison.
My point here is that even if the weight doesnt seem to be coming off ... it is not getting put on. Even though the changes may not be imediately noticable you are at least not making noticable changes in the negative direction.
Does this make senses?
Regards,
Tom
