    HELP I NEED MOTIVATION NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i go on holiday in 6weeks! and well this is not a bikini body, thats for sure !!!! if u like a challenge and are intrested in project :" create a beach babe" ----- reply to this thread with sum butt kicking advice!!!!!!       are you sure you want butt kicking advice? are you ready for that? i won't butt kick but i will say a few things.

      i see you did a clean induction so i am assuming you read at least that part of the book.

      you do realize that you didn't gain the weght over night and it going away that way either, right?

      exercise! it's not an option!

      treat this as a wol not a get skinny then do what i want plan.

      don't fret over not being able to be at goal weight within 6 weeks time. just continue on with what you have started. whatever you are in 6 weeks, is what you are in 6 weeks.

        aww i know, iv been doing this on /off for nearly 2 years, it aint no quick fix thats for sure!!! maybe i shud rename my challenge " create a more beach worthy babe" mite help, jus wana lose maybe 14 pounds if i work really hard, i know i will neva b 120 in 6 weeks! but here's hoping i aint still 172 in 6 weeks!!!!!!!!! thanks for advice and support !!!!!! xxxxxxx

          I think you can probably lost 10 -15lbs in 6 weeks if you exercise 4-5 times a week and do extented induction? I've lost 22lbs since May 22nd doing just that.

          BTW u are very pretty!

          Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
          On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
          Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
          Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

            awwwwwwwwwww thank you !!!!!!! ur a bit of a stunner urself! a love ur dress in your picture!!!!!!!!!! well done !!!!! u must have been working really hard!!! well i speed walk about a mile and a half a day , and work as a housekeeper during the summer months, so i get in my excerise, its jus making sure i dont eat or drink bad stuff!!!!!!!!! so hard! xxxxxxx

              Awww thank you. It was for my best mates wedding in Tobago in March, altho that pic was taken at her England party in April.

              I try. I go to gym during the week for an hour at a time 4 times a week. And stick to the diet. It is hard. I cant handle people eating food in front of me that I cant eat but hopefully I will get past that!

              I'm sure that you will get to where you want to be, just keep at it and be good. You will feel so much better for it when ur on ur holiday. Where are you going?
